The short versionYour mail and documents never train any model, ours or anyone's.Your firm's data stays in your firm's workspace. It never crosses to another customer. We read your mailbox only with the access you grant, and nothing sends without your approval. We don't sell data and we don't run ads. Ever. You can export everything and leave whenever you want.

What we collect

Account basics, the content you connect, and enough logs to keep the lights on.

Account information: your name, work email, and workspace membership. We use sign-in providers (Google, Microsoft) or one-time email links — we never see or store your passwords.

Workspace content: the email, attachments, and documents in accounts your firm connects, and the records Jetty builds from them — shipments, classifications, deadlines, and the written reasoning behind each one.

Operational data: logs and diagnostics needed to run the service reliably and investigate problems.

How we use it

To run your desk, and for nothing else.

Your content is processed for exactly one purpose: operating the service for your firm — reading the mail you connect, assembling shipment records, flagging what needs your judgment, and keeping the evidence trail behind every value. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles.

No model training

Not ours, not our vendors'. This is a commitment, not a setting.

We never train models on your mail, documents, or records. The AI providers we use to process your content operate under agreements that prohibit them from training on it. There is no checkbox for this because there is no version of the product where it is optional.

Who can see your data

Your workspace, the people your firm invites, and the vendors that host it.

Your firm's workspace is visible to the people your firm's owners invite — nobody else's workspace, ever. Precedents, playbooks, and records built from your work never cross to another customer.

Our staff access customer content only when needed to support you or keep the service running, narrowly and on the record. We use a small set of vendors to operate the service — hosting and database infrastructure, email-provider APIs under the access you grant, and AI model providers under the non-training terms above. We share only what each needs to do its job.

Retention

Customs records live long by law; everything else lives only as long as it's useful.

Customs work carries recordkeeping obligations — importers and brokers must keep entry records for years. Jetty is built to be that record, so workspace content is retained while your firm uses the service and for any retention window your firm instructs us to honor. If you leave, you can take a complete export with you, and we delete your content on request once any retention period your firm has asked us to keep has passed.

Security

Encrypted in transit and at rest; access is scoped to what you granted.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Mailbox access uses the provider's own OAuth grants, scoped to what you approve, and revocable by you at any time — from Jetty or from your provider's own settings. Outbound actions (sending mail, transmitting filings) require explicit human approval inside the product, every time.

Your rights

Ask and we'll show you, export it, correct it, or delete it.

You can access and export your firm's data at any time. Email danny@jettyfreight.com to request a copy, a correction, or deletion, and we'll respond promptly. If we ever change this policy, we'll say so plainly on this page and note the date above — we won't quietly rewrite it.

Who we are

The formal bits.
